Join us in Vermont for a weekend of coding & campfires. We'll be working on fun projects and taking breaks to enjoy the outdoors. Enjoy great food and talk about your projects or life in general. Bring your family, there's a lot to do!
Registration includes complete accomodations and meals for the entire weekend.
Register
We're sorry to say that the event has been cancelled due to a lack of registrations. Check back in for future events!
Venue

The event is being hosted at the SIT Campus in Brattleboro, VT. We'll have wide views of the rolling hills during peak foliage season. The campus has acres of trails, a pond, a soccer field and connects to nearby Scott Farm Orchard. We'll also have access to the west coast style cafe. Take a 3d tour.
Accomodations & Meals
Meals and accomodations will all be in the Lowey International building. The two types of housing available are private dorm singles with a bathroom at end of the hall and three bedroom suites that share a bathroom and common area. Sheet linens and pillows are provided and we are looking for comforters. There is also a room with private bathroom we can make available to a family or person with special needs upon request.
All meals are included from Friday dinner through Sunday lunch and are catered by a selection of local chefs and restaurants. There will be lots of locally sourced meats and vegetables and a wide variety of cuisines.
Directions & Getting Here
For detailed information, the directions page for SIT has great detailed information. In short, if you are flying in to Boston or Bradley, you can rent a car, take a few busses, or hire transportation shuttle. If you're coming from NYC, there is an amtrak train.
We'll be coordinating carpools and transportation with registrants to keep costs low and keep things simple.

FAQ
- What Should I Pack?
-
- Your laptop and it's a good idea to download any large files or datasets you might want to use ahead of time (just in case).
- Outdoor clothes and footwear to hit the trails (if you're inclined). Better to have long pants & socks for tick protection.
- Good bugspray. There are ticks and they spread lyme and other diseases.
- Who runs this thing?
- We're a small group of volunteers who just want to show what a wonderful place Vermont is and spend time with people who code.
